Product Warranty Terms

All equipment sold by us is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty provided by the supplier (Elina Pilates). As the retailer, we do not make warranty decisions or
assessments. All warranty claims are handled directly by the supplier under the
terms outlined below.

 Warranty Coverage

• 10 Years: Wooden frames of all commercial Reformers, Cadillac, Ladder, Combo
  Chairs, and Wall Boards. Aluminum frames of all commercial Reformers.     
• 5Years: Wooden or aluminum frame of the Lignum and Nubium Reformer models.
• 3 Years: Frame of the Domo Reformer model.    
• 2 Years: All other parts.    
• 90 Days (from delivery): Fabric and upholstery (excluding wear and tear, stains, pet damage, or misuse).

Conditions

The warranty is valid only if:     

• The equipment remains with the original purchaser and proof of purchase is
  available.     
• The issue is reported within the specific warranty period.      
• The equipment has been used and maintained according to the manufacturer's
  instructions.     
• Required upgrades have been completed as advised by the supplier.
• Springs on applicable equipment are replaced every 2 years.

Exclusions

Warranty claims may be denied if:

•  Equipment was misused, modified, stored outdoors, or used in unsuitable environments.
• Home-use equipment was used in commercial settings.
• There is damage due to accidents, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.
• Costs for shipping, customs, installation, or labor are involved—these are not
  covered.

Important Note

Warranty service is managed directly by Elina Pilates. We are happy to help you initiate a claim, but the final decision rests with the supplier.
